How VizualM handles requests for customer reviews.
Reviews are optional
A business using VizualM may show customers an optional link to share their experience on Google. Customers can ignore it with no effect on their account, referrals or rewards.
Reviews are never rewarded
VizualM does not offer — and does not let businesses offer — discounts, free products, payments or any other incentive in exchange for a review. Leaving a review is never a condition for a referral, a verified visit or a reward.
No pressure, no filtering
Businesses must not pressure customers to write reviews, including while they are on the premises, and must not ask only satisfied customers to leave one.
Following Google’s rules
These rules follow Google’s policies for user-contributed content. Each business remains responsible for how it asks for reviews.
