Verify your email and confirm your company details.

Place each store on the map and set its visit-verification area.
3. Choose the reward
The free plan pays a fixed reward for every new friend. On a subscription you pick a fixed amount or a share of the friend’s first purchase, and add modules when you need them.
4. Register customer NFC cards
Hand cards to your regulars and link each one to their account.
5. Measure referrals, revenue and rewards

Privacy by design
We collect only what the programme needs, and each employee sees only what their role allows.
Secure access
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). VizualM administrators sign in with a password and a two-factor code, and important actions are kept in an audit log.
Business data separation
Each business sees only its own customers, cards and rewards; access is checked on every request.
Customer data on request
When a customer asks, the business can delete their personal data from VizualM; reports keep only the numbers.
Hosted in Romania
VizualM runs on servers in Romania, with weekly backups that are checked by restoring them.
Location checked once, never tracked
When a business asks for visits to be confirmed, the friend’s phone is checked once and we keep only the distance, not the coordinates.

How much does VizualM cost?
You can start on the free plan, with no time limit and no credit card. The full platform costs from €49 + VAT a month, and modules are added separately.
What does the free plan include?
One location, up to 10 active loyalty cards, the owner plus one manager and one cashier, and a fixed reward for every new friend a customer brings: €1, or 5 RON for businesses in Romania.
How does the card work?
Your customer taps their VizualM card on a friend’s phone. Your page opens on the friend’s phone, the friend joins with their Google account, and your customer earns the reward. On a subscription, the friend’s first purchase is confirmed at the counter.
Where do the cards come from?
You order them from your account. They are delivered by courier and paid on delivery; we confirm the price before we ship.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Your staff use a phone, tablet or computer. On Android phones they can read the card by NFC; otherwise they type the code printed on it.
Who is responsible for my customers’ data?
Your business is the controller of its customers’ data and VizualM processes it on your behalf. The data stays on servers in Romania, and a customer can ask you to delete it at any time.
Are reviews rewarded?
Never. Reviews are optional, are never a condition for a reward and are never paid for, on VizualM or on Google.
How do I close my account?
The free plan has no commitment. To close your account, write to us at [email protected].
